Looks exactly like the original. Comes in packaging that has the Hakko logo and says Made In Japan. It does come with another white filter pad stuffed into it. Nice to have an extra on hand, as these tools get alot of use for the electronic repairs.

I purchased this to replace the degraded suction chamber in my FR-301 desoldering tool. Renewing the rubberized seals (plus adding a fresh desoldering tip) more or less restored the stock performance to my FR-301. Highly recommend that you replace your tip as well, if you are experiencing suction issues. Only replace the chamber if the rubber gaskets are wearing down on the stock one.
