Outstanding. This was the second one of these I purchased from this seller. The first one was the one with the metal pole (I have a video review posted with that one). This Fang Tian Ji has a wooden pole and I almost identical to the one with the metal pole. This one was damaged when it arrived, but the seller corrected that so that is OK with me; they back up their products! This Fang Tian Ji (pronounced “fun tea-ann gee”) is big. It is a little over seven feet tall and weighs about eight pounds. Unlike the all metal version, there is no dragon head at the base of the blade. Also, on the all-metal version, the blade can be unscrewed. Whereas the one with the wooden pole cannot be removed. That is OK since they both unscrew in the middle of the pole and come with a storage bag. And, you can use this weapon – it is a blast to use. It is not sharpened, but don’t let that fool you – I chopped a limb off of a palm tree with it. In fact, you need to be careful when you practice with it as the blade is unforgiving. The point is almost sharp but the thin taper and strong steel makes it dangerous if you are not careful. So keep that in mind if you other people or pets are around. By the way, this is the second pole arm weapon I bought from this seller, but after it arrived, I ended up getting four others from them (a Qing Tian Ji, Tiger Fork, Gwandao, and an awesome Monk’s Spade). And I plan to get more. The seller even worked with me and customized two of them (the Tiger Fork and the Monk’s Spade). And at no cost as the end price was the same as buying a stock model. This is a great seller and I plan to post a video of this weapon soon.
