First off let me just say that Halder makes a great range of precision hammers. And I give them 5 stars for that. However, where they fail (somewhat) is in how they label and categorize them. See, I liked the fact that you can buy replacement or alternative heads for the hammers. And that the hammers come in different sizes and with different handles.But they fall short in the way in which everything is labeled. It’s not so much that the measurements are in metric, because Halder is a German company. The failure is that it’s hard to uncover exactly which size hammer you have so you can order heads made of different materials.I even tried contacting them through Amazon, but the response back made it sound like the customer support person wasn’t even aware that they sold hammers.And I really like the hammer. I just gave up trying to figure out which other hammer model I needed to buy that would fit the wrong-sized alternate heads I purchased.But if this review prompts them to finally help me figure out what sizes/models I need to order, then I will change my review and opinion of the seller.

Love the replacement parts are easy to change out. They last a while. I used mine daily for a year and a half before it needed to be changed out.

The Halder mallets have interchangeable faces. The Simplex 60 includes this option in the firm rubber face. The small ‘wings’ allow the mallet to stand on its head (heavy) end. That is convenient during work instead of laying it down and reaching further to pick it up. This is a good industrial design element.

Used originally for retaining walls, get their simplex 80 mallets with the hard nylon heads for the longest lasting hardscape mallet. These are great for everything else, they don't mar and they're tough as nails.

J’ai acheté ce bouchon pour obstruer le trou de remplissage du réservoir d’essence de ma moto qui était très rouillé. Je l’ai utilisé à l’envers car le diamètre du trou était légèrement supérieur à 40mm. J’ai pressé fort dessus pour être parfaitement étanche. Ça a fait son job, il ne s’est même pas rongé avec l’acide que j’ai injecté dans le réservoir
