We will be returning this one because we have needed it twice to jump start the car batteryand it did not work. I also have another halo bolt that did work. So this particular machine has an issue, and we will return it.

I would rate more stars 🌟 because I absolutely love my halo battery pack I have had one for about 6 years and mine has been amazing however I ordered 2 different halo's as gifts and unfortunately both had issues this specific one the bolt air was nice but the screen was scratched up pretty bad I'm not sure what happened but other than the scratches the pack was nice and the other pack I got was not the newest halo bolt air but it was missing the jumper cables someone definitely dropped the ball at the warehouse or something because I had very bad experiences now for the Christmas holiday ordering. These battery packs but I'm hoping in the future I won't have the same issues so over all I'll rate the halo battery packs/ air about 3.5 stars but the quality is there if I hadn't had these minor set backs i probably would if given 5 stars because like I said I have a older version and so does my family members and there was never issues until now

I bought this halo bolt air , got it out of the package and it had scratches on it , got too looking closer and it had several scuff marks on this product !! Very unhappy !! When u buy a new item you expect a new item !!!!

I believe it is powerful enough to start most vehicles. Some units have a Boost feature, this does not… I have several HALO products they are all very dependable and work great…

I brought this about a week or 2 ago I charged and put in my car ,couldn't wait to use. Then my buick won't start so I'm wad happy to pull out my halo and show my son how to use it. We followed the instructions but nothing happened..no reading g of voltage no red light no green light..Just nothing g very disappointing 😢 cause as a woman thought this was going to help..I had to get my old heavy jumper cables and my buick started up as soon I connected to my other car.

I sent this to my son who is away. It’s cool. He got a flat tire one day and he was able to use the compressor to refill his tire. It’s nice to know that he’s far away, but has something to help him if need be with his car. Love that it is able to jump batteries as well and charge phones. I have a couple of other Halo devices and it’s great to know that I have them in a pinch
