I like the automatic faucet with motion sensor. It's easy to install -- it took me 10 min to uninstall my old faucet and another 10 min to install the new one. And it works very well till now. It's sensitive to the motion. My kid loves to wash her hands after school since I replaced with the automatic faucet. BTW, an automatic hand soap dispenser is a good combination with it.

We have special needs kiddos so there is always the concern about water temperature and leaving the water on. This addresses both of those needs nicely. If I had a complaint, there are two things I can say; 1) visually, the stainless trim looks a little small on my sink. It doesn’t affect how it works and it’s just my opinion. 2) I didn’t realize that I’d lose the ability to plug the hand sink. There is no provision for the rod to pull up and close the drain in the sink, again this isn’t a problem in my situation. This faucet is well made and had all the hardware needed to install it. I purchased another brand (different item / company) and it worked twice and died AND I had to buy supply lines for it before I could install it. I read several complaints about this item delivering too much water, I simply closed the supply valves a bit, changed the aerator (off my old faucet) and solved that problem.So... long story short, this one is well worth the price.

I’ve always said all plumbers should be little people... I have no clue how most plumbers fit into these small tight places. Anyway... on to the review.Faucet is well made and with the exception of trying to tighten the faucet to the sink the install went very well. I agree with an earlier review about the water pressure... it’s insane and honestly pretty hilarious. I mean come on, the whole idea of this faucet is to - make it touch less but also save water. So it seems this faucet either came defective without a water reducer or the manufacturer just didn’t give it any thought. Fortunately my old faucet had one so I just used it on this one and presto; the water now comes out at a decent stream. So if the manufacturer is reading this... perhaps provide both options? Just a thought.Aside from the water pressure... which was fixable I’d say this was a successful purchase.

I ordered two of these for back of house use in a commercial office setting. The packaging was great and well organized combined with the simple instructions made this a breeze to install. Install after removing old faucet took less than 20 minutes each. There is a dial that allows you to simply adjust the water temperature and it can easily be adjusted anytime after completing the installation. The water will automatically shut off if something blocks the sensor too long (like an employee setting a coffee mug in the sink). The kit kit comes with plenty of line to install the system anywhere within 20 inches of the water supply

I used it in my family child care to not have to help children with water temperature. The pressure of water was so high that water and soap would splash all over their faces and clothes, scaring them and making them all over soaking wet. I had to change it and just install a regular faucet. It was just a big waste of money for us!
