Klasse Messer, Ich habe lange nach so einem Messer gesucht, um Schinken zu schneiden . Die Messer, die meistens beim Schinken mitgeliefert werden, sind minderwertig und überhaupt nicht vergleichbar mit diesem . Das Messer erfüllt seinen Zweck bestens . Der Kullenschliff ist bei anhänglichem Schneidgut super.Ich kann das Produkt nur empfehlen.
