Each halter is made of over 16 feet of 100% nylon web, double sewn and triple-thick. Its 100% nylon thread is sewn in a diamond tack design to give the halter form and rigidity for a superior fit. It is dramatically stronger than stitching in a single line or with a conventional bar tack. Five solid brass eyelets attached in burn holes give the halter a double wall of protection against eyelet fray. The three double-welded rings, two custom stress point squares and one double bar head buckle are designed to sit much flatter on the horse's head and eliminate any contact irritation. The 1D Halters and Arabian Halters come with a solid brass tip which makes buckling easier than ever before. It also gives the distinctive look that makes it a Hamilton Halter. These are definitely NOT ARABIAN size halters. I have owned Arabians for 40 years so I know how a halter should fit. Adjusting these halters to the smallest size possible still leaves them almost falling off my horses. Difficult to buckle. What the heck has happened to Hamilton! I cannot recommend these halters for Arabians.

Love Hamilton Arabian halters. They fit nice, aren’t as wide as regular halters and are very well made. With adjustable nose and poll are perfect for my Morgan mares. Shows off the beautiful Morgan head

It seems to be good quality. And it’s pretty on my colt. It is of all the halters I have tried the best fitting so far. Unfortunately he will outgrow it in not too far time, it’s already on the last few holes.

Halter seems to be the quality I’m used to from Hamilton but in a daintier Arabian size. Should fit my mare beautifully, the color is vibrant and I’m sure it will last many years!The reason I am leaving 4 stars is the halter arrived with what seemed like battery acid on it, (pictures attached) and it stripped the finish off on a few places. Some baking soda and lots of rinsing got it clean and the damage is only cosmetic so I will not be returning.

I use this style of halter for grooming and also under the bridle when I am trail riding so that I can easily secure my horse when I take a break. The adjustable features allow me to use it on my young horses in training as well as my adult ones.

Ich habe dieses Halfter ausgewählt, da ich ein stabiles und dennoch nicht so wuchtiges Halfter gesucht habe.Sehr schöne Verarbeitung mit stabilen und auch noch hübschen Beschlägen. Die Riehmen sind genau so wie ich es mir gewünscht habe nicht so wuchtig breit und dennoch bei dieser Größe sehr stabil in der Ausführung.Schönes Halfter in guter Qualität, was seinen Preis hat.

I always buy Hamilton halters for my fine-boned Arabian horses. This particular halter is my favorite style with adjustable chin, adjustable crown and a throat latch clip. The purple is a very nice color without being too bright or too dull and looks amazing on my gray Arabian. Hamilton Halters clean up very well. If they start to get stiff or encrusted with dirt, I simply throw them into my front load washer for a new lease on life. They come out looking brand new. They last for years.Purchased directly from Amazon (not a 3rd party seller) and the halter was shipped promptly and arrived in 2 days (PRIME).
