These things are freaking AMAZING and come as close as you can get to the larger-sized warmers you can find in Korea. They last for so many hours, especially when sealed in a pocket. I use them mostly for neck aches or menstrual cramps.The ONLY downside: They can get EXTREMELY HOT, especially when in a pocket. I accidentally fell asleep with one in my bed once (I had used it for tummy cramps). When I woke up, I had a blistered burn on a different part of my abdomen, which apparently laid on the hot pack for some time (there was no fabric in between to buffer my skin against the heat). I didn't need medical care or anything, but it left a scar. So be careful!! Wrap them in fabric so they can't burn you!

Loved the hand and feet warmers. The hand ones are under my gloves picture one and in boots in pic 2 prob in pic 1,too. They were very hot (not too hot), long lasting and as long as my hands and feet are warm my body stays pretty warm! Of course I didn't dress like an idiot every day I was there 🙃 but I highly recommend investing in these if you don't handle cold well or are spending winter in one of the coldest places on earth.

These are by far the best we’ve owned in terms of warmth. However, they get so heated that they are hot and shouldn’t be used against bare skin. Great to keep in your pocket to hold onto periodically to get some heat. But hot and lumpy to try to fit into gloves.
