You get what you pay for. I thought to save a few dollars but now have bells that aren’t pitched well and note name labels do not adhere to the handles.

I bought them to use at school. I bought three seats. More than half the bells have broken and I will need to get more. Don’t buy them for class.

These bells are so fun! You can find music online and have impromptu Christmas concerts at home. We did this with our big kids last year and had a blast!

Fun colors and I love the idea, but they were off pitch. We ended up sending them back and ordered a set of merry bells.

They are great! Sound and pitch is good to my pretty "musicy" ear.My kids are having a blast with them (ages 7, 9, 11).I was surprised they werent a bit bigger, as a friend of mine 10 years back had a similar set, just bigger. But other than that, these were worth the money!

I bought this set because our body chakras correlate with the C diatonic scale, which this set covers. Not only that, but the colours correspond with the appropriate chakra! However, I am something of an audiophile and REALLY FUSSY when it comes to bell sounds. I'm glad to say the sound of each bell has lovely resonance and tone! I haven't checked them against a tuner for precision, but they sound reasonably in tune, for what you pay. Also, the notes are printed on the tip of each handle, so you can easily see which bell is which note. Red is low C and white is high C.Only thing I noticed is that it takes a bit of a shake to get a tone because the clappers are on a spring. A quick flick of the wrist is enough, however. This is not like a dainty bell you can just gently shake! My only minor criticism was that the packaging was very basic: a cardboard box and each bell was loosely packed and wrapped in a clear plastic bag. No other protection to keep the bells from banging around in the box. Be sure to check yours for any shipping damage when you open them! Mine were fine, and these bells seem rather robust, but be aware of this in case your local carrier is rough with parcels.I would recommend these to anyone looking for a simple, affordable set of bells based on the C diatonic scale.

Nice quality. Sound good. We bought these for a gift and the girl that received them was extremely happy with them. We also bought the “I can play this” bell book and it was the perfect gift.

I went to our local music store to purchase handbells for our children's ministry. Their bells were very cheaply made and looked hard to hold. These were amazing! They are easy for kids to hold. They seems sturdy (kids must be watched and not let 'play' with them due to the spring attached to the clapper). Great sound - for our first time, our little kids were a hit. Will be purchasing another set.

We ordered these for our upcoming Christmas program and the kids love them. Our teachers comment frequently on the beautiful sound they make. So far the kids haven’t been able to break them no matter how rough they might treat them!
