4 stars because it didn’t work for us, but it’s not a bad deal product! It did not fit our toilets. We had an old bidet sprayer setup from our previous home, so we attached the old one to the new sprayer nozzle and it worked well. The actual T-valve is what’s too small for our toilet. The sprayer seems to be a “universal” design. I really like the black color, but it does look a little weird against steel hose! Not bad, but make sure you measure your toilet valves before purchasing. The measurements are in the photos of the product page.

We chose this handheld bidet to replace an old handheld one of our bathrooms. We have similar handheld bidets in any bathroom without a separate bidet.This one was a disappointment straight out of the box as we've had versions with less features have better quality. The holse from the valve to the tank is a cheap, really unattractive rubber instead of the traditional stainless steel. The handle felt like metal, but the cheapest one we've ever come across in handheld bidets. The nozzle feature that turns from concentrated to wider spray feels like it won't be lasting long as it barely turned and felt cheap just testing parts out of the box. The valve that splits the water source isn't up to par and the rubber gaskets were just thrown in the box loose!All the other handheld bidets we've had had the rubber gaskets in place and kept there until use with screw on stoppers and also had back up replacement rubber gaskets just in case they were needed.We didn't like the stick on wall mount from the beginning, but had planned on using another quality metal mount that we already had.We cannot reccomend this handheld bidet. There isn't a single part that doesn't feel really cheap so we're likely putting a better quality one in place of this one. As this one was supposed to be replacing an old handheld bidet, there's no sense with going with MUCH LOWER quality than the one we already have. I"ve seen less expensive units that are higher quality than this and are much nicer looking!This can be tried somewhere else, if it works and doesn't fail in the first month or less.WE DO NOT RECCOMEND! You can get MUCH BETTER QUALITY for the same price! ($35) and even better quality for a little bit more. Beware of going to cheap or the handle will stop having decent pressure and you'll be stuck getting a new one regularly.

Good quality for the price. Recommend it for anyone who is curious and wants to try the concept out. Easy install. As long as you have couple of tools. The only issue i have with this is that the mount is adhesive based. Doesn't work on textured walls. And on the toilet adhesive loosened from condensation. Like i said. Good for a beginner to see if you would actually use it.

This was a tricky one, i have two toilets, both are brand new (installed about 1-2 months ago by the plumber), and i wanted to install this in my bathroom but.... the water supply (from the wall) and the connector were too small for this product. Who would have known! ...I thought the connectors were standard but they are not.So not willing to give up i went to the other toilet to make sure all of them were the same, and to my surprise this bathroom (supply and hose) were the size for this product.I am not sure the correct size but i believe the one that worked is 1/2" and my non-fit bathroom was 3/8".The hose and the gun are good and easy to operate, the holder on the other hand is light plastic and it is not easy to hook the hose back on it. The product is great for everyday use and all in the home appreciate the addition to the bathroom.
