I don't love it and if I could do it over wouldn't. I eat a lot of steaks and purchase what is on sale so for this for tougher cuts to save time tenderizing. I mean it works but I wish the punctures were deeper or wider. I keep using a knife instead of getting this out

It did its job in tenderizing the chicken but it is too difficult to clean. Too much food gets stuck inside the wheel.

The roller is not solid. It has holes on the sides and the rolling surface. There is no way to access the inside of the roller in order to clean it thoroughly once raw meat gets inside.
