Worked great for a couple months then the end piece threading melted and won’t connect anymore. This needs a metal end piece instead of plastic. Totally unusable after a couple months.

What was I thinking? It works like it's supposed to, I guess, just wish it had a "trigger." It just keeps pushing steam until you turn it off. I don't know if that's standard for steam cleaners or not. As far as cleaning, well, I guess I was expecting too much. The results don't justify the time and effort. It's going at the next yard sale.EDIT: The company reached out to me over this review, which is commendable. I declined their offers, as I feel the company did their part - I got exactly what was advertised. However, as I previously stated, my expectations were probably too high after watching TV ads for similar products. I've added another star for the outstanding customer service.

This is my first time using something like this, and it actually claims pretty darn good, especially grout and tile. Even though it is small and it doesn’t seem like it holds a lot of water it runs for quite a while on one tank.

This is my first steam cleaner. I think it works well, but I don't have much to compare it to. Doesn't get as hot as I thought it would be. Does well cleaning grout as long as one of the brush attachments are on. Biggest issue is it uses a lot of power apparently. I used it for about 20-30 mins in my bathroom and I blew a fuse. I've never had that happen before in my house, so this machine must use alot of electricity.
