I rated this three stars and here is why. When going through the airport and stopping the suitcase kept falling over. This would have been better if it had 4 wheels. I’m not sure why it kept falling down but it did. This was a nuisance. Other than that I really love these pans comfort design and the fact that this suitcase held a lot

This is a lightweight week-ender bag?? Don't you believe it. We left Denver and traveled around the world - took 24 days. This bag was awesome, started as a carry-on but that didn't last long. I left with just enough cloths to get me to Thailand - bought shirts and pants and jackets - expansion level one = 2 1/2 weeks and three flights. Next was Istanbul - cobblestone streets and more souvenirs = 4 more days and expansion level 3 (baklava takes up room). Then flew to Boston - bus and car to the country of Vermont. Drive to NYC and flight home (Denver). This bag was perfect. Many more adventures ahead.

Love that it can adjust in height. Good & solid. If it had 4 swivel wheels it would be easier to maneuver, but works well as is

I thought it would replace a small carry on for short trips, but it had to be checked in. I like that the duffle bag has wheels and is expandable. It tips over easily, which is annoying. It is well made and the material is durable.

I haven't taken this bag on a trip yet but it does seem to be of good quality. The fabric seems to be the expected thickness it would need to be for an airline. The zippers that expand it I think will be great, if like me, I buy stuff when I travel. My BIGGEST concern is that it looks like it will be too big to use as a carry on. It measures big for the airline I use and I don't know how it will behave if I underpack it so it collapses a bit.
