One of my concerns was whether this lens hood could still mount onto my Sony 40mm lens with a Moment Cinebloom Lens Filter attach. At first it didn’t seem like it could since it was a tight fit, but once I pressed the hood on down firmly, and twisted it with a little force, it locked into place and was good to go!Awesome stylish lens hood that pairs well with the Haoge thumb rest for my Sony a7c.Highly recommend this lens hood!

Didn’t like the lens hood came with this 40mm f2.5 G lens. This hood is not screw in, it fits just like the factory hood so it doesn’t need a second ring to adjust the hood position. Yes, it’s a few dollars more than the crew on hood, but it meets my expectation. The bonus is I can still use the Sony lens cap.
