This is my first impression. I'll update this review after I use it for a while. The quality of this pannier is quite good, and I have no doubt it's waterproof. I like the roll-top design. It has an option for both a shoulder strap and backpack. The backpack straps tuck away inside the back of the bag itself which is an ingenious design. The connection to your rack is under a zippered pocket, and it looks like it's a single handed attach and detach. The size is rather middling which may limit its value in my grocery runs. We'll see. There's a good chance I'll buy a 2nd pannier should this one work as well as I expect.

Add storage to your bike with this waterproof bike bag. Easy to add to any bike. Keeps your gear dry and at the back of your bike. Love the color and the quality of this bag. Good for regular or electric bike.

With its large 27 L capacity, this bag can carry all of my tools and extra clothing for my long bike rides. I can also quickly convert it to a backpack for easy transport. It measures 15.74 inches wide at the top 22.8 inches long and 10.6 inches wide at the bottom. The logo on the side is made from reflective material. It includes padded shoulder straps, a carrying handle, a pannier hook, a sternum strap buckle with a quick release hook. It is constructed from waterproof 500D PVC materials with waterproof zippers and a roll top closure. It features a quick release mounting system.

This Pannier bag has 2 modes, pannier mode and backpack mode. It's got the shoulder straps for wearing it like a backpack for easy carrying. I've never had a pannier bag that could be worn like a backpack before. Makes carrying so easy and convenient. Another one-of-a-king feature (in my experience) is the laptop sleeve in this bag. Capacity for large laptops and well padded.Thick, waterproof material give me high confidence that this bag will protect all the contents. Vast capacity and well protected. Secure attachment points mean this will hold and protect valuables, like laptops etc. Best of all my pannier bags and perfect for commuting, trekking or day trips. Very happy with this item.

Before my review, I wish to state I received this item though Amazon Vine. However, I also purchased one on my own so I feel no one should question bias here.First of all, they don't do a great job on the seller page showing the back side of the bag, how it attaches to the bike, or how the dry bag seals. At least they didn't when I purchased it. They also aren't super clear on this being a SINGLE bag, not dual bags for both sides of the bike (thus my second order, I prefer symmetry in my life). This isn't to detract from the product itself, it just makes it harder to decide on a purchase. After some experimentation, I realized the bag can be mounted while sealed, with all straps stowed out of the way or inside the bag. It should be noted that the handles and handle covers will cover the top of the rack, reducing or even eliminating the ability to stow cargo on the top of the rack. The seals around the zippers appear to be solid. The material is sturdy. Although the quick release mechanism is cool, I worry about security, since a thief will simply be able to grab the handle and remove the bag and run. I decided on a small bike lock on the handles to the rack, but that almost defeats the purpose.Overall, I feel like these bags have a specific niche, but they fill that Niche very well. I like them enough to have bought a second one and will be using these on my main bike from now on.

This is a fairly decent multi-purpose waterproof travel bag. I love how versatile it is! I can carry it on top of my luggage, attach it like a pannier on my bike’s back tire rack, or wear it like a backpack. I have grand visions of travelling to Europe and renting a bike to travel to cool places to go hiking around – all with just one bag that can go with me everywhere! The quality of this pannier/backpack is pretty good, though there are others that have better quality. The premium 500 denier polyester material this is made from is thick and durable. It’s very plastic-y feeling, but that’s because it is all waterproof, including the zippers, and the roll-down top ensures that my contents will stay dry, even in a downpour!Even though it is smaller than a rolling suitcase, it seems roomy enough inside at 27 liters capacity that I really do think I could fit enough for a few days travel/hotel adventure in this bag. There’s even a separate padded pocket for my laptop and/or tablet that Velcroes to the inside back of the pack. Otherwise, the interior is all just open for stuff. There is also an outer zipper pocket that is very convenient. The shoulder straps for wearing it like a backpack are soft, yet minimally padded. I wouldn’t want to wear them for days at a time, though they are fine for short hikes. They have a sternum strap, which is nice, but all the straps have plastic buckles that may not be durable in the long run. The shoulder straps conveniently tuck into their own zippered pocket for when the pannier is used on a bike. The bike rack mounting hardware is also in its own zippered enclosure. It clips onto the horizontal frame of a back tire bike rack and there is a Velcro strap at the lower end of the pack to secure to a vertical strut. It also has a handle on the top for easy hand carrying.Overall, this is a decent bag, and will certainly do the job, but I’m honestly wondering if this pannier bag is like a lower-end knock-off of other bags. My other similar-looking pannier bag has 1000 denier material whereas this one has just 500. It also has side pockets for drinks and umbrellas, a luggage handle slide-on pocket, a rain cover for the entire pack, and an additional zippered pocket that contains a bike helmet storage net. This bag doesn’t have any of that. I only mention all this because now that I have compared them both, I can see that the other bag has more features and seems to be better quality all around than this one. So just know that there are differences and that it pays to shop around.
