While trying to activate the warranty i was advised by Harison that I was sold a FORGERY and Bargain Box is not an authorized dealer. Therefore no warranty. It works OK but the handles have to be tighten every few days. That explains the price.

Much smaller than in pictures. Bolts are tough to tighten without being a little loose. I wish I would have spend a little more for better machine. Easy to assemble though.

I received my unit a couple of days ago, spent a couple of hours unpacking and setting it up, inventorying, and took out for a test run that same night. Observations so far:* The overall machine foot print is ideal -space wise.* Bluetooth connection works and syncs well with my phone.* Connection of wires is pretty fool-proof.* With this model, the section of pedal travel and pedal angle takes a bit of getting used to (I'm 6'1 and 240lbs.), but it will work, for my needs no problem.* The equipment appears very quiet while using.* One thing that did catch my attention is that once the Left and Right Handle Bars (#009/#010) handle bars are installed, and secured into place with the respective hardware, there is still some lateral play when using, instead of handle bars being a snug fit! The securing hardware is at tight as it can get! I just hope that this bit of movement doesn't result in premature wear over time later, due to elongation of the bolt holes!We'll see how things hold up the next 30 days or so!

This elliptical machine is amazing! At first, I was worried about the quality and the installation process. However, after the package arrived, it took only 30 minutes to set up! The screws and bolts were organized in steps, making it easy for even a beginner to assemble.After using the elliptical machine for a few days, it became clear that I was using a high-quality product. It operates quietly, allowing me to use it while others are watching TV. The handles and movements are very smooth, making it a pleasure to exercise. It has become a big hit with my family— even my kids enjoy using it! I noticed my stamina improved after just a few sessions, and I expect it to keep improving with regular use. Staying fit during the winter can be challenging, but this elliptical machine is the perfect, cost-effective solution. It’s an excellent deal for the price. If you’ve been considering it, go for it—it’s totally worth it!

I've been an elliptical junkie for about 20 years. When my SOLE conked out beyond repair a couple of years ago I purchased a treadclimber, which is effective, but it's not an elliptical. A few weeks ago I purchased this elliptical and I'm underwhelmed. While the machine came packaged well, was relatively easy to put together, and has a small footprint....the stride is about 16 and nowhere near 21" as advertised. Similarly arms don't extend completely when using the handlebars. Overall the machine is quiet during use, the display panel is good for keeping time, the blue tooth function won't pair, and the app is useless. That said, it does provide a decent workout if your goal is to sweat and you have any type of wearable fitness tracker. I'm 5'9" and have whacked my knee on the adjustable tension knob twice, which is quite painful. Uncertain at this point if I'm going to keep or return. If I could rate it a 2.5, I probably would due to the misleading information about the stride and the position of the tension knob. But the quality is fairly decent....so far; and I can move it around relatively easy.

The description of the product looks very huge but after the set up it’s not that big but still acceptable for an adult. Actually it’s way better for me cause it saved up a lot of space. The assembly is easy. It comes with the tools that required. Easy to move around in the house.
