Each case starts with sturdy 3/8" black laminated plywood walls. Then heavy-duty stackable ball corners guards are installed along with recessed latches and handles. Lastly, everything is held together with chrome finish hardware. This gives you the most protective case ready for the road while also looking stylish.

The interior of Harmony Cases are lined with carpet to ensure nothing gets scratched. Custom shaped pieces are foamed to give your gear a snug fit making sure it stays in place. From the outside to the inside you will have the peace of mind that your equipment is in great shape.

The product is advertised as 16" depth. Be mindful that the seller is including the lids as part of the rack depth. It doesn't clearly explain this in the product description, there's only a picture that shows the actual internal rack depth being 12". Be aware that anything beyond this will stick out of the back, this is not 16" of rack depth. Hopefully that gets updated from this review, it's an easy mistake to purchase this item because of that.The road case itself is great quality and built well. If this doesn't bother you, it's a perfectly fine purchase. And you get a great case for the cost.I wish sellers would be more transparent and clear about what you're buying here on Amazon.

The holes are not lining up for 3U equipment. If used one scree on each side then u can get 3 1U rackmount units.If u allign holes for 2 screws on each side only 2 rackmount units can fit into this box.

The three space rack exceeded my expectations. This case is well built, wood is sturdy, latches are easy to open and close, and the case is well balanced. Appreciate the inclusion of rack screws and washers. I will be ordering another one.
