Each case starts with sturdy 3/8" black laminated plywood walls. Then heavy-duty stackable ball corners guards are installed along with recessed latches and handles. Lastly, everything is held together with chrome finish hardware. This gives you the most protective case ready for the road while also looking stylish. I put in a Yamaha 12mgu mixer, mic rack, power station, and drawer. Total weight over 50 lbs. But it's nice having it all in one. Everything but the drawer fit well.

After 15 years, I finally had to replace my DJ case. This case was awesome for the upgrade. Love it security it provides for the gear and ease of transfer from the old rack to the new one.

Both of these cases are very well built. Everything is being comared to my Odyssey case that looks the same. 1. Lid is perfectly square and have no trouble putting it on. 2. Handles are very tight and firm. 3. The slide for the laptop is so super smooth. 4. Hasps are very nice not cheap feeling. Rivets are all solid. Very well constructed. Shipping was a PITA since a signature was required. However comunication was great and the issue got resolved in two days. Customer service was great!

I like the case itself. I dont like the laptop shelve. If you have your cables plug in on top of mixer, DO NOT BUY. See photos.
