I have bought this in many versions, and love it so much. The delivery of the last package was not the same as the others. The tea came in a very plain foil bag with a sticker on it. I’m hoping it’s authentic.The idea of white tea with bergamot is not new, and I’ve gotten the same mix from other companies, but this one is the best of all I’ve had. However they do it, it is perfect for my first cup (or small pot) of tea in the morning!It’s light, flavorful and less caffeine than black tea Earl Grey’s. I can have it later in the day. What I love the most is that it needs absolutely NOTHING added, no sweetener, no milk, nothing! It’s delicious with just water … and be sure to get a thermometer and watch the temperature of it before pouring. You can actually ruin the flavor if it’s too hot!

I used to buy this tea from Harney and Sons, but they frequently run out of it. Amazon to the rescue! I brew this a little stronger than is suggested. I think it has a brighter, more nuanced flavor than Earl Grey black tea, in that you can really taste the lemon and bergamot, though it isn’t “lemonadey “ at all. I’ve read that white tea has more antioxidants and less caffeine than black, if that’s important to you. All the Harney and Sons teas are of the highest quality, and this one is my daily favorite. Amazon’s subscribe and save feature means I never have to worry about running out.
