Rubber gaskets really help to keep the shaft tight against the barrel. Dart players get tired of continually tightening the dart during a game and the gasket works great. But what I like is the tool to put on the gasket. Before I bought this, I was doing it by hand and boy what a pain that is. This tool is simple and effective.

Spend the little extra and get the package with the applicator. It makes the o-ring installation SO easy and they (the o-rings) are great at keeping the shafts secure. I was surprised at how small the o-rings are and rather than trying to manipulate them over the shaft threads, the applicator allows you to pick them up and roll them onto the shafts in a split second. Plus it doubles as a tightening tool. A no brainer! Definitely recommend you get one.

Work like they are supposed too. I have not had to tighten the shafts on any of my six sets of darts since I have added these and I throw every day. Before I installed these I was tightening every other throw. Get these and don’t look back.

Easy to use and works well. Wish the rings were a little thicker. The shafts still loosen a little bit due to the way the Harrows barrels are manufactured.

Been using these for decades. I've tried others from time-to-time just to see but this one is the best for it's price. You'll never have to replace it until your shaft breaks. You do have to tighten and loosen and repeat until it fits right though. If you just squeeze this in without doing this, your shaft will wobble when you roll it on the table so it'll be crooked.

Bought a beautiful set of Winmau tungsten darts. The only problem was that after a couple of throws, or after one thrown dart contacted one that was already in the board, the shafts would loosen. Not a big deal, but an annoyance and one extra thing to think about when you're trying to stay dialed in on accuracy. Since buying these, it hasn't happened again, even after 100's of throws. The application tool they give you is icing on the cake. Excellent product. My game has improved as a result.
