This bike comes in a metal frame like a box. The metal was bent in shipping but the bike was not injured in any way. It requires about 30% assembly, but all went flawlessly. Now have 500 miles on it. I love this bike, especially the electronic fuel injection at our high altitude. It rides well on all surfaces except sand. Its a big bike for a tall strong man; need all your strength to pick it up if you drop it in sand. All lights are LED. Great bike, reliable, highly recommended.

First off, the company got my order rolling right away after the sale and they did a good job. The shipping took the entire projected time and seemed like forever, but not out of line for shipping freight.Nothing was damaged in shipping and assembly took some time, but was not hard to figure out or complete. It was all a one person job until I got to the mono shock, which I need help with. BTW, I later swapped the stock mono shock with a shorter Kawasaki one since the stock shock made the bike dangerously tall for a fairly short person like myself. I'm around 5'6-7" short. Originally, I could barely touch the ground with my very tippy toes. Now I can almost stand flat footed.I really do enjoy this bike! It is much fun. I've had a couple problems with the bike. The gas gauge works only intermittently. This is a know problem on some of these bikes and has to do with the float rod sticking in the tank. There is a third-party vendor who sells sending units with a longer rod to fix this.I also have developed a problem with my brake light staying on. I think this is from a bad sending unit which was installed incorrectly from the factory. (go over everything on these bikes). Once I verify this is the problem, I will order a new $7 sending unit and fix it. I guess the part is still under warranty, but I figure it would be lots faster just ordering it from Amazon. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase. I did lots of research before buying so I knew what to expect--and even so, it has turned out better than I projected.

This Hawk is not like the ones they speak of in the Chinese Forums, mine came with a 16t/45t sprocket ratio and after changing the oil and a short break in period, about 100 miles under 45mph, I was cruising at 60mph easily, topping off at about 65. I ended up changing the rear sprocket to a 40t and bought a better chain with 126 links and now cruise easily at 65mph topping off at 75mph although I haven't pushed it but the RPM's suggest it can go faster. That said, I didn't get it for the speed, I just wanted to easily keep up with traffic on my commute to work. Another issue I had was within the first week. The tires are okay, but the tubes are stock and cheap. Also, there i no rim lock on the rime to hold the tube in place so needless to say, I revved the throttle a bit too much and the tube stem on the rear tire shed right off. I bought I rim lock on Amazon and installed it myself before taking the the tire to a shop for repair. 250 miles later an it seems fine. The front tire and tube has not given me any issues and I have yet to change it. The rear tire is the important one without that rim lock. The Hawk was listed as a 2023 and all nuts and bolts were securely fastened unlike what other reviews are saying. The only screws I had to fasten was the rear brake fluid reservoir behind the right side panel and the light switch box on the clutch side handle. I use it to get to work whenever the weather is nice. So far, I could not be happier with this Amazon MC.
