WARNING: This review is not for the current item in the listing (Heavy Duty 2 in 1 Hay and Grain Feeder). Amazon/seller has usurped the original listing to get more ratings. The item I am reviewing is a Large (different) hay feeder only. Looses 1 star for the switch.I was looking for something a bit sturdier than hay bags as the LSG kept eating them and these work great.-They came in well packaged and in great shape.-The instructions were fairly well done and easy to follow.-Assembly was a bit of a pain though. Unfortunately, not only was it missing the proper amount of the correct size bolts. The Allen wrench they supplied did not even fit the bolts included. Thankfully we save all the ones that come with everything so we had one.-As far as mounting goes it went up no problem and the supplied screw surprisingly worked just fine.-The material it is made out of is very sturdy and is holding up to the weather well.-It was quite a bit bigger than others we have, more than twice the size.-These are much easier to fill than hay bags.Overall these work out great just need some work with quality control.

The description for this has changed, so what I'm reviewing is the hay rack only. This took a while for me as I had to get a backing for it since our horse stall is piping. This was a pain to assemble and the provided allen wrench was the wrong size, but I happen to have numerous allen wrenches though it took a bit to find the right one. This is good that it gets my horses hay off the ground, but the assemble was a pain. I don't remember the item saying it needed assembly and would not have ordered it had a been aware. I would have paid a bit more for one that came assembled and complete.
