Piece of crap. I got two of them. The hose the blocked with a weight. No way to absorb the liquid unless you cut holes. Otherwise, the machine will start making noises and no smoke.

It's a nice little haze machine. It worked perfectly for two shows and some playing in the shop with lights. Then half way through a show it stopped producing haze. The fan was running and you could hear the pump trying to pull through the line. I cleaned it as recommended (with 80/20 distilled water/white vinegar). When trying to contact the seller (XW STGEQ), their amazon site has no CS support options. I tried to find their actual website, but could not. Luckily, I purchased the Asurion warranty and reached out to amazon. I did get a different Rock Haze machine.....but this time the seller was Rockville (purchased through amazon). At least I KNOW they have a website if I need product support. Good luck Hazers.

es buen producto, compré dos y funcionan con el mismo control, la niebla depende de la marca que uses, hay mas densa y con aroma, peo funcionan bien, si eres dj debes tener en cuenta la carga de amperes en tu circuito electrico

After 2 nights of use it does not work anymore. I followed the directions to for troubleshooting and still does not work. It seems that I’m unable to return product.

This haze machine is the greatest thing you must have for a party. My party light equipment are completed with this guy. Especially when you put it next to you snow maker machine everyone loves it. 500w power would be nice for a party with 150 people, but if you have more guests you will need 2 of them. Also, you need haze liquid which is about 25$ on amazon. Highly suggested.

This haze machine puts out huge amounts of fog. It warms up really quickly and is so easy to use. Just plug in the remote receiver in the back of the unit and turn it on. Once it heats up the display will let you know it's ready. Using the included little keyfob remote, just click on the "1" button and a stream of fog starts pouring out, This is definitely a heavy duty machine. It's not like some toy you get in Party City. This is very well built and will last for years. Just make sure you have plenty of fog juice, because once you get this thing going you will never want to turn it off. Fantastic for use at parties. Adds an incredible ambiance. Wonderful device!!!
