a great hazer! can easily fill a medium size (8000sq ft) room with grace and speed. easy to use, easy to maintain and affordable.the real shining star here is the customer service; after the first one failed for unknown reasons, they graciously sent me a replacement that has worked perfectly! I very much recommend this for diffusing lights and lasers.

UPDATE:Seller sent out a new unit, unpacked and set it up. Exactly the same issue - the machine doesn't respond to the remote. This makes it virtually useless as the unit just cycles slowly through the colors and fog has to be done manually. Returned second unit, and going to buy a fog machine from a different seller.Be wary of these units... should be a no star review.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Machine works great manually by pressing red button on back of the machine. Remote (and/or the receiver) doesn't work. Replaced battery with one from a device that works, still not responding to remote.If seller sends out a working remote/receiver, I'll give more stars 🌟

This dude puts out a lot of smoke. Heat's up quickly and once heated recycles even much faster. No complaints thus far.

I had a mechanical problem with the unit well after the Amazon ‘return by’ date. The vendor was very responsive and has offered to replace the unit. The unit itself seems well built but I cannot assign any stars until I have operated the replacement equipment. Meanwhile I had to give it 5 stars for the excellent customer support.

Highly recommend it! I used it a lot on Halloween. It hardly used any juice and made a ton of smoke. The remote has a good range. I used FogJuice fluid. It's a really small bottle, like the size of hand soap bottle. It used a just under a third of it. #Halloween #SpookySeason #FogMachine

It's a great fog machine...however, the user manual is poorly written, and very hard to understand, as it was written by someone Chinese with a limited grasp of English. The only thing one needs to know is that when you want fog you need to step on the pedal once until you get the fog you need, but when you got the desired effect you need to step again, otherwise it will continue to blow fog every 20 seconds. When you need more fog repeat the process. Step once for fog, then step again to make it stop until you need more. Rinse. Repeat....amazing fog machine. The best one I have owned yet. If you have it outside for Halloween, the continual fog every 20 seconds is awesome...but if you are in a band using it for stage effect, you will want to use the steps previously mentioned, otherwise in under a minute you will not be able to see anyone right in front of your face. lol....I would give it 5 stars, but the manual needs to be re-done....I offered to re-write it for free for them...if they take me up on it and use my manual that English speaking people will understand (including the how to use function I will include) I will change my review to 5 stars, for sure.
