Hazet typically supplies top quality tools and I don't have issues with their quality. I received my Hammer in the US purchased through Amazon Global UK seller(although it never really clearly stated who the seller was at checkout) in a reasonable amount of time...10 business days drop-shipped directly from Germany from Hazet to me. It did hang around in US customs for a few days delayed, where they typically open the package the same as the US Postal System does. So you recieve an open package usually and not always taped back closed or anything which seems odd to me.I was not really satisfied with my purchase at all and doubt I will try to exchange it or return because of the hassle & time involved as I live in a remote area and return shipments are a pain for me.I got a open cardboard envelope with nothing in it except the hammer and there was a very large white plastic mass about 4mm thick attached to one side of the hammer head and to the part of the handle that enters the metal head that looked alot like peanut brittle would. Some of the plastic was also in small globs on the middle of the handle. It almost makes me wonder if manufacturer wasn't sending a "second" quality tool. It was totally unacceptable for the price, and like I said I would return it if not for the hassle and time I waited for this one. I banged the white plastic off on a concrete building corner without striking the handle portion much.The threaded on replaceable hammer heads are fine although for a 42oz this hammer is extremely small in the hand. I think the photos of the worker holding supplied as part of the description text is most certainly of a 60oz or larger hammer.For a "hickory" handle advertised I was also displeased it doesn't appear to be very hard at all. I'm sure plenty of other buyers have had an opposite positive experience to mine, but in this era of most things in the auto industry being drop shipped from manufacturer to you (with the seller never having opportunity to inspect merchandise and catch such a subpar unit)I think I would recommend trying to buy something like this from a seller who stocks the item (although that is almost impossible to ascertain these days) and pay a few dollars more for it.
