While the tools are up to the job and typically great Hazet quality, the case - which was a main selling point for me - was disappointingly cheap and easily damaged. The case is for display purposes only, and therefore useless to a repairman that will actively use it. This item is for casuals.

You get what you pay for with tools. You can get some cheap junk that might work or you can get quality tools that come in a very nice case.These are actually made in Germany and not Designed in Germany made in China.

You can feel how good the metal is and precise. I use a tool cart so mainly keep it on a flat surface. Good for body work.

As everybody says, the pieces come loose in the case. A simple mod is to apply drops of superglue into the bit holder slots (w/o the bits... dont glue the bits in)... then the tolerance is tighter and the bits fit snug.Shouldnt have to do this, but such is the world.

Several of the tabs were broken on arrival. The socket holding system is horribly stupid and impossible to remove the sockets without another tool.Hazet tools are overpriced enough that I am not going to tolerate a poorly designed and broken case.

Just got this today! So let me give my first impressions. A tad bit disappointed. Opened it and first thing that happened was majority of the bits all came loose and spilled out. So the clamps definitely do not hold them very sturdy. You can feel how loose they sit in them. Even though it says no rattling pieces, they definitely wiggle and move in their holders. Magnetic wise, they fit well and snug in the driver piece. The Allen wrenches are very sturdy even the smallest one does not bend under pressure. They all look to be made of very high quality metal. And their casted shapes all look sharp and accurate. Overall happy with how they look and should perform. Not so happy about the case and how it holds the pieces. A bit lack luster and worried about tossing it into a bag and waiting for all the pieces to come loose. Definitely not a good idea to do that.
