Place an Object (like a hammer) on the extension during the deck adjustment, which prevents the gauge from falling over and allows for precision adjustments - Saving Time and Aggravation. The Measurement arm is twice as thick as competitive gauges. This prevents the arm from flexing and provides a much more accurate measurement. The Base of the HD Switch leveler is completely flat, ensuring repeatable measurements.

Much easier then trying to measure the blade height under the deck with a tape measure or precut blocks. More accurate than measuring the outside of the deck. When I used it I discovered my deck was off on all 4 corners. Idk how I got it that bad off but the cut is much better now that I have a level deck.

I have three of these in my shop and this is the one I use (I am the owner,,LOL). I like the extended base the it has a great "feel" to it. works as they all do but this one seems easier and quicker.

This works great for setting up mower blades. Easy to use and fits under deck to measure the height of blades and set the blade pitch is a breeze. Or use on edge of deck for leveling. However I found it more accurate to check on the blade tips and set 1/8 inch lower on the front of the blade compared to back of blade for a perfect cut.

It’s not made real well but it does what it’s meant to do. Compare the blade tips front to back and side to side. The price is right. Make sure tires are aired up evenly.

This worked perfectly for leveling my mower deck on my Cub Cadet mower. It was easy to use and I could clearly see the measurements without my readers on LOL. Great purchase. I totally recommend it.

This thing is a godsend ... save SO MUCH TIME ... much easier and more accurate than trying to use a ruler or tap or a fixed object like a deep well socket as a height gauge ... saw some reviews on these plastic ones being cheap and disassembled ... If you can't figure out how to put this together ... you don't need to be on a mower or use a hot cooking stove . It's plastic but durable . Not a thing wrong with it . Numbers are easy to read and it's stable - does not fall over ....

No instructions in package for putting together. Make sure spring washer goes on arm before placing into to hole for locking in place.

I found the product a bit too flimsy. My old method of using a tape measure from the ground to where the blade is estimated to be on the outside of the mower deck works within 1/8 inch in comparison.
