The Headlight Restoration Kit will restore your lenses to a like-new appearance at a fraction of the cost of replacing all new lenses on your vehicle.
Restore original clarity and vision to sun-damaged plastic headlight lenses in three easy steps. Remove haze and lessen road glare allowing you to improve your down-road vision.
The Headlight Restoration Kit also includes a proprietary UVB clear coat application designed to preserve your lens clarity for long-lasting results.

- 2 x P800 Sanding Discs. 2 x P1200 Sanding Discs. 2 x P2000 Sanding Discs. 2 x 85gm Polish Paste. 2 x 3.0ml UV Protective Liquid. 1 x Mask Tape (300x2cm). 1 x Sponge Disc. 1 x Sponge Disc White. 1 x Backer Pad M10 Thread. 1 x Adapter.
Sanding (800P → 1200P → 2000P)
- (1) Use drill or manual and 800 grinding sandpaper for 2-3 minutes. Clean light with water continuously; (2) Use drill or manual and 1200 grinding sandpaper for 2-3 minutes. Clean light with water continuously; (3) Use drill or manual and 2000 grinding pad. Clean light with water continuously.
- Note: lens should be damp throughout this process.
Step 1: Prepare
Clean the lens with water, tape the surrounding of lens to avoid scratches.
Step 2: Sanding (800P → 1200P → 2000P)
Step 3: Use the white sponge and apply the Polish Paste (Step 2). Grind the paste for about 3-5 minutes until there is no trace of burnish.
Step 4: Apply Protect Liquid (Step 3) with a white sponge and avoid sunlight, without using drill.
- Note: Please must avoid any sunlight when apply the product liquid on headlight ( very important ).
- After UV Protect Liquid, keep the lens dry. Do not wash the car for 24 hours.
- The left side of the headlight lens is hazy and sun-damaged, inhibiting your headlight from function properly. The right side of the headlight lens has been treated with the GEARZAAR Headlight Restoration Kit. The headlight lens is restored close to its original condition, allowing your headlight system to function at top performance.
- Actual results will depend on the severity of UV degradation. Greater existing UV damage will allow for greater performance improvements.

It does the job. The tape that goes around the headlight was a bit of a pain to cut, but the final results look so much better than how they started!

This kit sure helped clean up my crusty headlight lenses. Pro-tip...let the final coating dry for a bit before you touch them or drive around.

You need a impact driver to run the sanding wheel, but I 'd with my hand and the headlights looks close to new. But I am happy for 10 dollars! Great deal!

I wasted my money and my time with this product. It does not work. The sandpaper leaves a nasty brown residue that doesn't come off and the polish does nothing.Waste of money.
