The flavor of these is great. I like kombucha but the bottles are larger and I'm watching my calories. These were a perfect find.

I mix a tincher similar to the same taste. It's good to have on hand for when I don't have time to blend the right consistency. The apple cider vinegar is strong so I don't recommend taking a huge gulp at first unless you are accustomed to drinking apple cider vinegar. It's a taste gone wild.
