I have tried about ten different earbuds claiming to be good for side-sleepers. Of them, these are the best. The foam can be pinched and placed in the ear just like soft ear plugs. They don’t cause discomfort when laying on your ear with the earbud in. The only complaint I have is that it does not come in a usb-c option.

If you squeeze the foam, the sound passage is lost

I love the performance of them. The only thing is that they are someone to big for your ears. They fall out when you move your head around.

If you’re looking for headphones to use in your helmet during a race, these work great. They squeeze and seal nicely and don’t hurt when you put your helmet on over them. The cable is a little long but they’ve been great for FSAE use.

I use this earplugs for work since they started to require ear protection. This is a win-win for me. I get a sound proof earplugs while listening to music and working at peace. The foam is not like the sound proof foam most of people know and they keep their shape, they are NOT MOLDABLE. So you have to keep that in mind while buying. But with that being said I also have to add that they don't fall and adjust very good to your ear.The cons I find for these are that I had to buy an adapter to plug it to my phone since phones these days don't come with this kind of connectors. And that they get dirty eventually and you will have to buy a new pair of earplugs since you can't change the foam that comes originally.

I work around very noisy machinery, the sound is like standing next to a multi prop plane. I was very surprised I heard sounds from very familiar music that I've never heard before even with all that background noise. Sounds I haven't even heard with really good earbuds. Oh and they feel okay too.Don't let the cheap look fool you, these are impressive for what I paid.

I use these in my motorcycle helmet and attach to my Cardo unit. They fit flush in my ears so I can put the helmet on easily. Makes the ride MUCH better and means I can hear phone calls and music perfectly with the sound turned low.Wish the wires were shorter, but that's the price... And, wish they made a unit that was the same, but had built-in Bluetooth (since phones no longer have 2.5mm jacks).Recommend them if you wear a helmet! They go in just like typical foamies.

Earplug headphones are probably the best thing I've bought for my motorcycle. they make riding so much more enjoyable - unlike "noise cancelling", these actually prevent the noise from getting to the ear and causing damage, all while inserting the music right to the ear so you don't have to have the volume cranked to the max. I have used a few different brands/versions of these, including "Plugfones". Plugfones changed their design to be awful silicone tips and weird tapered foam, neither of which block the noise at all, at least in my ear shape. These work a lot better with the simple foam tip design. Downsides with foam is eventually they will degrade and fall apart, so it'd be nice if the tips were replaceable. But for the price these are a great option and fit under motorcycle helmets easily. As long as the price stays low, I will continue to use these as my go-to for riding earplugs. Sound quality is decent. It'd be nice if there was a higher quality, higher bass model I could buy as well, but still these do the job quite well.
