My grandnephew is autistic and loves sensory/manipulation focused toys. I would suggest that this toy only be used with adult supervision, simply because the brightly colored silicone "strings" might be tempting for children to chew on, thinking they are candy. This activity is great for keeping the kids focused and calm. The activity is very soothing, even for this great aunt! It is also a good work out for their fine motor skills. It encourages creativity, organization, and problem solving when re-routing the strings to get all of them to fit. The carrying pouch is handy. This toy can be easily held and handled by the kids and would be a perfect toy to keep them occupied in the car seat, doctor's office, anywhere.

This is a fantastic fidget toy for any age. It is easy to use, and satisfies the sensory need to fidget in multiple ways. I like that it's double-sided for different play options. It comes with plenty of silicone "noodles," and the little drawstring carrying pouch is a nice touch. The noodles stay in place and come out easily with a satisfying pop. The heart shape is super cute.

This sensory toy is not only fun to play with, but it also helps promote cognitive development and fine motor skills in kids. Highly recommend.
