After only using for a month it has stopped working. Not at all happy I paid all that money on it has quit heating already

This was a big hit at our Christmas party! My sister in law loved it so much she bought one too! Great for people like us who travel to the snow each year. My mother in law is always cold and this was the perfect gift for her. The hand warmers worked well too. Just not that it does have a battery pack so that adds extra weight to the scarf. It’s sleek and works well with most clothing.

I bought this heated scarf mid December and used it two times. The battery died so I disconnected it to charge it. After I reconnected it, it wouldn’t work. I felt around inside and could tell that the cord had broken off from the heating element. I have requested a replacement or refund.

This scarf is shredding apart, it sheds lint onto everything, destroying my hat and Sweater. Inclosed is a picture of the scarf after one use. Hate to see what it would look like after 2 uses!Also, if you’re thinking of a heated scarf, the batteries are heavy, and it does pull on your neck, so I didn’t like that either.

I have a large window in my office and so in 22 degrees weather my office is drafty. I wear my scarf while I work at the computer. To stay warm, I’m cold natured, and this scarf is wonderful, Especially outside, when the wind is blowing

Scarf worked for awhile then the wire that attaches to the heat sensor broke so now no more heat. Not sure how that happened.

This scarf feels like such a luxury. I grew up when the thought of things like heated scarves were just wishful futuristic thinking. I feel like I should be telling a story about walking 20 miles one way in waist deep snow to school, lol. But, truthfully, when I first encountered heated clothing I did think back to some of those "20 mile" walks & think how wonderful it would have been to have had something like a heated scarf.So, I did kinda look at the scarf with some measure of wonder when it arrived & thought what a difference it was going to make once the weather became cold enough to need it. I did, however, test it out immediately - well, once I made sure the battery was fully charged. I love the feel of the fabric which is a combination of Cotton & Polyester, it's soft & not "prickly" at all. I love the length which works out to an incredibly generous 5'10" (approx.) with the width being just over a foot/13.2"(!) and it has some pretty fringes to compliment & complete the look. I chose the Camel colour because it makes the most sense with the majority of my winter outer-wear. It's lovely in "real life" & matches the shade I saw in my monitor. I did really lust after the Blue-Grey one though & I've noticed that at the time of this writing there is a 20% off coupon which means I could get the Blue-Grey too without feeling overly decadent & a bit guilty. As already mentioned, I haven't had a chance to wear the scarf for the purpose for which it's designed but am looking forward to being able to. Should anything worth mentioning occur, I'll be back to edit &/or update. For now though, I'm very happy with it. Hope reading this was helpful in some way & good luck with keeping warm this Fall & Winter!
