I wanted something light weight, thin and slim so I could wear it under a light hunting jacket.. also wanted to use it sleeping in a tent for really cold camping trips… it’s not the most powerful one on the market, but a heated vest doesn’t have to be that powerful when worn under a jacket and honestly, this is the way they work the best. Heating elements are held close to your body and your jacket is another layer of insulation that really holds the heat in… I tried and returned a puffy vest that was very powerful at 12 V… But when you’re trying to use the vest as a jacket, it has to be that powerful because with the loose fit and no insulating layer, it just loses a lot of heat and those batteries will only last an hour or so on high. Also, the more expensive vest had no controls for adjusting individual heating zones, nor did it have a lights out option, which is nice if you’re using it for hunting… This vest is highly adjustable with lights out option three different heat setting for three different heating zones and battery last several hours… I am thoroughly happy with this vest for the way I intended to use it and would highly recommend it as I’ve tried several.. also, I found that the standing neck holds in heat better than the V-neck

I purchased this for my Husband. He loves it. We are older, so it’s even nice for in the house when he is feeling chilly. The placement of the heating elements within the vest is wonderful. The battery life is excellent. The ability to purchase it in a larger size is awesome. Try it for yourself. I think you will be well pleased.

This is my 2nd heated coat. My other is another top brand, but this Hotrego has so much more.Hotrego has more heat zones and the ability to select different zones as well as heat levels.I also enjoy the deep pockets.It's light weight and seems build well. Even the battery pack is light. And to be able to use it to also charge my phone is wonderful.

I recently purchased the Hotrego Heated Vest for Men, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in both functionality and comfort. The vest features three heating levels, which I found to be incredibly effective for adjusting to varying temperatures. Whether I was outdoors on a chilly morning or simply lounging at home, I was able to find the perfect warmth setting. Great product for this price I highly recommend

I've bought about 6 different heated vests in the last 10 years. All of them were dissatisfying in some regard. Some took proprietary batteries so I couldn't carry an extra power bank if I was out for a long day. Most ran a lot smaller than the size marked and I'm big, so often even the largest size was snug. Some had the heating panels in weird places. One put the controls at the hip and I'm a wheelchair user so my armrest was always pressing the button, thus turning it off.This one ticks all the boxes. It takes a standard USB A power bank, and one is included. But if needed, I can carry another for a long day. The pockets are large and zippered, and are a great place for an extra power bank...or two. The controls are the best I've seen. There are three separate heating areas with a total of eight panels: one at the neck, one on each shoulder (none of mine have had these and they're wonderful!) one mid back and two at the lower back. There's two more mid belly, above the pockets.The power bank goes in a zippered pocket inside the vest that's plenty large to hold even most 20,000 mAh power banks. The included power bank is 5,000 mAh.The fit is true to size. I made the mistake of assuming they'd run small--because all the others did--and ordered up a size. I could easily have worn the next size smaller, but this will work and I'm not sending it back during this arctic weather we're having. A little roomy will be just fine.The fabric and workmanship are top notch. Super high quality. And there's a mesh bag for washing it included.Overall, it's a great vest.

I am a bigger guy, these heated best are not easy to find that fit well. I ordered a bigger size than I thought I needed, probably could have gone with the regular size for me. I use this vest to hunt or fish in extreme cold (below freezing temps). It works great. The material feels very durable. Great price point. Battery last longer than others I have tried. It feels like a normal light weight vest.
