Size up if you want to wear anything thicker than a T-shirt thickness shirt. I bought this for the hockey season. It fits a little smaller than expected and due to that the zipper sometimes pops at the bottom and opens up when sitting in the stands. It is great for layering under a coat in extremely cold conditions. Batterlt life lasts most of the weekend but is very SLOW to recharge.

So far so good heats up fast. The neck and collar warming elements are super big hit. Good controls and nice that the light turns off.Wife says that the vest is nice and warm, even without having the heating pads turned on

My wife tells me that this vest is a godsend and very cold days. We live in Minnesota and get some pretty chilly days and this keeps her nice and comfortable.

The jacket though it fits me perfectly and is exactly what I wanted. It doesn’t work. It heats up more around the neck but what about the other areas that are supposed to be able to heat up? The battery is inside a pocket inside the jacket that through a layer through the jacket the wires are and the battery gets so hot. It’s malfunctioning when I try to turn it on. It does a tri-color blinking and then turns back off when I’m trying to turn it on. I will be returning this product. This jacket to me is expensive and I paid a lot of money to stay warm and it not work.Edit: I returned the jacket yesterday and the company made sure I received a new one free of charge today! Thank you, I am very grateful!

The vest was a gift. Although the weather was too warm to wear it yet she was really pleased with it.

It was delivered on time and driver followed delivery instructions. The vest was nice, although the size I believe comes smaller. I should've sized up instead of getting my actual size on clothes. It doesn't stretch. My only concern is the neck cuff gets really hot! The neck heat doesn't balance the rest of the jacket. I tried level 3 and it burns on the neck! I'd give it a 3 1/2 stars.

I ordered a size up and it worked well. I had to refer to the directions several times on how to turn on. The light can be on or off even while it is heating. The vest is packaged very nicely as someone else said. I would recommend this vest!
