No matter if you keep the settings exactly the same, this thing pitches all over the place. Don't waste your money!

Haven't been able to use because not all screws sent to assemble. Gonna try to match up what we need at Lowe's. It better be amazing when it's useable.

This product does not do what it says it's supposed to do. Easy to assemble but once in use, the balls do not go over the base the way it should. We used different settings, and neither one was good. Product was not throwing strikes no matter where we set it. Horrible and waste of my money!!

Machine arrived incomplete, after purchasing the bolts it was missing and assembling as directions showed it did not work. No matter what changes were made to speed,height,strike or ground it could not be used safely. Other softball coaches attempted and it was a big fail. When contacting the seller about these issues they were very unprofessional and sarcastic. I do not recommend this seller or their pitching machine.

I still can't get it to pitch same twice soon as I think I have it right it goes 3 foot over his head. I'm frustrated with it to say least

This product was easy to put together. It took me about a half hour and a couple of wrenches. I was pretty pleased with how lightweight it was. Then I tried using it for its intended purpose of a pitching machine.I took my daughter out to get some hitting practice in at a local field. I used both 11" and 12" softballs and tried to get things dialed in. My daughter is not short (5'1"), but no amount of coaxing or adjustments could get this machine to throw a ball in the strike zone. I could throw them over her head or at the ground in front of her.I am very disappointed in this product and have opted to return it. I will stick to the local batting cages for now.
