The product never work. When it was returned, I had to request multiple times for the refund to be accepted. They also claim to pay for return shipping, but they did not even after several requests.

The wheel is made of plastic with no rubber grips are anything but other than that I like my racing wheel it's good for the price when u don't have a lot of money to buy a more expensive one an I received it like a week early

The unit was delivered in a bag and the device box was severely damaged.The unit did not work properly and was defective.When returned Defective item had to pay the return postage of $27.00.Awful customer service for this product and from Amazon.
