Don’t buy this one ! The plastic roller that the chain rides on doesn’t have any bearings like the original !The plastic roller for the chain to be guided is just spinning on a metal shaft. Won’t take long for this to wear and melt. The original has bearings on both sides of the roller ! They do give you two - since they know it’s going to FAIL !

I used 1/4 pipe nipple for the large bushing a little bit sloppy but cut to length and and 5/16 bolt/washers and nut to secure. My application is on a v- belt.

They work perfect but my last shipment I didn't get what I was looking for the same thing I ordered right here but it came the next day right on time when I reordered

Was not an exact replacement but a little grinder work and a steel spacer and we’re back in business. Fast shipping. Good service

I liked the install of the chain tensioner - however, I had to go with a different spring. The arm and roller were really what I was after - yet the unit seems to work fine and does maintain spring tension per design. Time will tell how the plastic roller holds up. And the seller sends two rollers so that tells me they may not last long. If the rollers don't last, then the easy fix is installing a sprocket onto the shaft of the tensioner.

Installed one on my Baja minibike and it works perfectly! Yes, slight modifications were made to both Frank and the tensioner, but I couldn't have gotten a better fit. I've put quite a few miles on the bike since installing it and wear is negligible. I expect many more miles and I've already ordered another one for the next minibike. My only concern is that removal of the nylon wheel seems impossible because the rod will spin when torque is applied. A minor concern because wear is minor. I do not expect to be changing it anytime soon.

I like the Chain tensioner but the large mount hole it's a bit hard to find a bolt that big. I had to get creative to mount it to a minibike I was working on. I would gladly pay more if it had a mounting bolt or bushing to size down the hole. 3 stars. Thats all I can give it.
