My experience with this type of scissor is that single one is different. The best pair I ever had, cost $3 at Walmart. they'd snip a penny in half one handed. Lost them, tried several different brands, prices etc. These were in the middle.

I'm a med-surg floor nurse and use these mostly for dressings. So far they've cut everything I've asked them to... multiple layers of Kelix, Coban and cast padding. And with the bright color, hopefully I won't loose them like my last pair!

Nice sturdy trauma shears. Seem to hold their cutting ability longer than a lot of shears do.
