Works quite well and saves your arms as the old way of unrolling pex tubing manually was terrible. This uncoiler makes it super easy to straighten out long runs of tubing. It's super adjustable, and comes apart very easily to put in a carry bag.

Well built and works great. Instructions are easy to follow. Easy to put together once you get the hang of it but there are several steps involved so it's not exactly a 2min process. Definitely more for the jobsite/larger project when you are going to be leaving it setup for hours or days at a time. You can easily dispense all sorts of tubing with it. Everything fits back in the case but you do have to take it completely back apart for this.

I was hesitant at first due to the price, but this uncoiler exceeded my expectations. It handled 1000-foot rolls of 1/2" PEX tubing effortlessly, saving me so much time and physical strain.The arms can be extended and are suitable for coils with different diameters. I’ll definitely be buying another one for future projects. Great product!

We have some upcoming plumbing projects, and picked this up to make life easier. We assembled it and tested it with a roll we had, and it works great. It was easy to assemble, just a few bolts. It comes with a spring to keep the spool from escaping. It's kind of large, so the ability to fold it up and put it in it's storage bag when not in use is really handy. It spins freely on it's bearing so you don't have to fight it. After messing with a snarled roll, using a tool like this is the only way to go. It really saves a lot of time and frustration.

We needed to lay out about 1,000 feet of 1/2" pipe for our radiant floor heating system. It turned the project into one easily manageable by a single person. There was no hiccups with the free spinning of the turntable with a full reel of pex tubing. A definite time saver that will get used on more projects to come.

I’ve now tried several different PEX un-spoolers. This “FEIMIRE Store Heavy Duty PEX Piping Uncoiler for 3/8'' to 1'' Pex Tubing, Multi-function Foldable Pipe Dispenser” is probably the easiest to set up and the most solidly built of them. It easily fits 1000 feet of ½ PEX (see the photos). I haven’t tried the spring bar pull down for coil retainment yet. According to the listing photos, a pipe of some type (not included) slips through the center of the short black tube, which is spring loaded to a welded eyelet (nut) on the rotating base. I’ll test that this weekend. In the meantime, there is no way to feed the stock through some sort of eyelet or ring. On my other un-spoolers, that ring really helps control the tubing feed. In the photo, you can see 1000 feet of ½ PEX on the dispenser. I cut the ties on the spool, and tried to unspool the coil. I made a mess. Maybe when summer is here, and it’s not below freezing….Looks like I’ll have to add that ring to this unit, because this unit is really a well built frame with great bearings. If I can solve the feed issue, this will become my go to unit.The package includes a cloth bag that it may be stored in.It lost a star because it came missing a leg bolt, has no feed ring, and it no user manual.

We purchased the Feimire uncoiler because of the low price but I guess you get what you pay for. It is very small.It is very light weight that when pulling PEX, the whole uncoiler slides instead of the middle rotating, defeating the purpose of having an uncoiler to easily pull. The metal used is very thin and very lightweight. I doubt it will last me a few weeks. Comparing it with PEXGUY uncoiler or the Uponor uncoiler that we have used for more than 4 years already and still works great.The parts are not marked so it took us a while to figure out how to assemble it. Not worth keeping

It’s well-built and stable, whether I’m using it on the floor or mounted to a stud. The dispenser rolls easily, reducing tangles and frustration. This tool has significantly improved my workflow—definitely a must-have for any electrician!
