We have an old, 80 gallon water heater that had to be replaced. We will be making it into a rolling compost barrel, on a stand, and this handle is going to make it much easier to turn.Being able to turn the barrel will be much better than having to turn the compost with a shovel. We'll build it high enough off the ground to simultaneously make turning easier and then be able to empty the compost into either a wheelbarrow or Gorilla cart.There are quite a few YT videos out there with good ideas for building your own compost maker.The design is simple, the handle is strong and it will make all the difference in me being able to do it myself.

I was looking for a crank handle I could affix to a large reel-spool I made up to wind up ethernet cable. I simply adapted this to my needs. It's sturdy and will last well. Sorry I can't rate it as a camper crank handle; see other reviews.

The square tube is the same size as the shaft on my Dutchman pop up. I had to go buy some square tube steel and weld on it to make it work.The seller reached out to me and offered a full refund. I accepted it but they never followed through. The refund never came.
