Rivet gun broke after two uses. Not pleased with this at all

I tried the rivet gun and the gun does attach to the rivets provided and deforms them to create the attachment, but the rivets do not deform uniformly. They appear to be very poorly made and only partially deform, which will affect how effectively they create an attachment. This is a huge problem! It appears the head of the rivet that helps deform the piece is too small. I have not had a chance to order separate rivets to test out, but the failure of this product appears to be in the rivets themselves not the gun. The gun works as intended and includes multiple tips to attach to multiple sized rivets.
