Two Step Types
EGA Products RSS Step Stool features an anti-slip vinyl rubber top tread. Provides a slip resistant footing and rubber-tipped legs to keep the kick stool from sliding out on you.
EGA Products PSS Step Stool features a perforated EZY-Tread top tread. This tread is designed to provide just enough grip to lock the foot in place, while still allowing the autonomy to work freely.

This stool is excellent for those that need a bit of height and worry about safety. The framework is excellent and heavy duty. I suggest ordering the stool with the slip resistant stripped top.

Went through a bunch of cheap aluminum stools from employees being hard on them, letting cars down on them, and generally not caring. Got mad one day and bought this as it was the sturdiest looking stool I could find. So far so good! Can definitely handle an 8ft jump off an alignment rack by a 180lb guy without buckling.

Had one of the harbor freight stools for working on trucks and it folded under me on uneven surface. This is steel construction solid no moving parts awesome stool for mechanic work! Love it

There are many sharp edges. The top just has grip tape, not the thick rubber shown in the image. And it’s poorly applied. Lots of weld splatter. The first image is from seller for reference.

This step stool is exactly what I was looking for in the Medical practice that I manage. It is bigger than it looks in the photo. Patients are able to turn around on the platform comfortably, without feeling like their feet might slip off the stool. Great product... worth every penny. It is also OSHA approved.
