Work in the mining industry as a welder fabricator utility and crusher maintenance man just got away from victor torches to this kit and I'm amazed at the quality and durability we are VERY hard on equipment and conditions are horrible and so far this is alot better !

Well made. A little bigger than an average homeowner's torch, but not much heavier, if any. Should be the only torch I'll ever need to buy.

A good torch is a must in my profession, and I chose Smith over Victor...I've used Victor torches before (and they're very good), but I decided to try the Smith torch, as I own some Smith Regulators and welding torches...It has worked very well for me...
