For everyone complaining about the price here’s the deal if this rig was made from iron or aluminum it just wouldn’t hold up it’d break and then you’d be dealing with a door crashing down on you. A pro-grade steel rig costs more like $200 to $400 instead of $100 but that’s because it’s built to actually last. It’s not just about paying more it’s about getting something that works when you need it. You can spend a little extra now or roll the dice with something cheaper and end up in the ER your call.

bought this thing for $289.99 (lol) and never used it. I got it for my carpenter who was working alone, he gave it a try with the first door (solid core 1 3/4" thick) and then said it made no sense to monkey around with this thing. $50 is what this should cost but I went for the 'American Built' comment and basically donated to them. the price for something like this should be $50-75 so completely overpriced - crazy overpriced. i can't believe I bought.the bottom line is if you think you need it then why are you installing you own door?! if you need this thing then you will not get the rest of it right. this might explain why even AliExpress does not sell a fake one - the market for it must not exist.

Works great for machining the door to accept hinges, roll the door to where you want to work on it and lock the wheels, rout for the hinges then roll it to where the door will be installed. I haven’t used them to hang the doors yet but they will work fine for that as well.

I bought 2 sets one was great the other was wobbly for some reason and this is the reason for the low rating. The set that worked great allowed me to stand the door up by myself and make all adjustments easily. The other set was wobbly and made it hard to get the doors into position. I ended up just using one of the sets because the other was a big pain in the butt.

The pad on one side of both units appears to be removable, but the attachment device is different and inferior to their smaller model. The problem that presents is as you try to slide the unit onto a 2 1/4" door (which is tight) this pad slides out of place and becomes wedged between the door and unit, making it very difficult to move. This caused a rip in one of the attachment flanges, which exasperates the problem, and will likely only grow worse. This unit has been used twice so far, and it is difficult to slide onto 2 1/4" doors, but the doors were not finished so at least it did not mar that. Other than that it is a very beefy unit and works well with heavy doors.

Saved time and allowed me to install the door without any assistance. Everything worked on this product as it should. Once installed on the door it makes it very easy to move the door around as needed. Several more doors to install. On the pricy side but worth it.

Well thought out product design. These are making our installers happy. Nice and portable yet versatile. Stable enough to support a 16 guage commercial steel door.

These are amazing. Great for installing heavy solid core doors or your cheap hollow cores. Helps move doors around easy and takes a 2 man install for heavy solid cores to a simple task for 1 guy. These paid themselves off the first day i had one of the carpenters use them to install doors on my site and didnt have to pay a helper to help him.

What a great tool!! Most of the doors I set are monster 1 3/4” solid core, back breaking doors. I can’t use the door stud like their video shows because the jobs I’m on require the jamb legs to be scribed to the floor. I do however use them to remove the door from the jamb(no shims) without worry of damage to the door, walls, or my back! I then install my jamb, and effortlessly wheel the door back to the jamb, line up my hinges(made easy by the 4 adjustable wheels), and screw the door back on. I would consider this tool revolutionary as far as setting a door goes! Remember how much a pain in the D#*% hanging/removing pocket doors are?! Not with this tool!! They are worth their weight in gold for this application alone!!
