I'm not someone who likes eating vegetables, but I know they're part of a balanced diet. I set out to find a nice vegetable tray and found one with this divided-section tray. Each section holds a lot of vegetables, and the lid ensures that leftovers stay fresh in the refrigerator. Instead of a salad, we have a tray full of vegetables with dip on the side before dinner. Yum! I now get my daily servings of vegetables. Presentation sure helps! The only negative is that the lid isn't very pliable, and removing it can be a bit of a struggle, especially for my husband, who has arthritic hands. I removed a star from my review for that reason. With that said, I'm very happy with this purchase, and you will be, too!

The compartments hold plenty of food. Each compartment is a couple of cups. We were having fajitas with a build your own Mexican salad. Corn, tomatoes, black beans, avocado, purple onion, this dish was perfect!

Nice easy storage for quick snacks/veggis/fruit. Could also be used for meal prep if you want to keep your items separate till you are ready make the meal. I purchased three, using them for dried fruit and nuts, fresh veggies and fresh fruit.

This dish will come in handy for the holidays. The sectioned parts are deep and the cover is convenient. Very sturdy with a non slip bottom.
