So.. The first Heel Toe Shifter set I ordered was Missing parts. (Return initiated) Didn't have the Extension bar, Dowel Pin and bolt needed to install the Floorboards..(You can not install the floorboards without those items) Since I had already started the Install not realizing that fact plus the lack of instructions all together. I learned something about this product. You can Install it as I did in the first Pic with Pegs. You will have to adjust the Shifter linkage to your desired fit. I road it for roughly 50 miles this way. and... I actually really enjoyed how it felt even with Pegs alone. Once I received the Second Complete set (Heel Toe Shifter) I completed the Floorboard install. One thing I did as another Person mentioned.. The Heel Peg needs a Nut added to the inside of the Peg as shown in the Pic to Keep the threads from going beyond the Shifter arm and potentially into your ride. It brings the Peg out just a touch further and looks perfectly fine. I am a fan of how much more control I have riding Heel Toe Shifters... And it's important to know that you don't need to But a floorboard Kit if you don't really want the feel or look for your Scout. It Looks and feels great set up in either direction. Don't forget to use your Blue LocTite! I hope this helps to clear the air on this product. I would recommend this Shifter to anyone out there Rocking an Indian Scout. Ride Safe my brothers and sisters.

Perfect choice for Indian Scout and Bobber owners looking for a heal shift. Bolts on smoothly with no issues. Plenty of adjustment room I have running boards that wasn’t an issue either. Looks great and very functional. 5 Star product !!!

I like the way it looks on my black bike. Challenging to install. Wasn't made for a HD 750 street rod. With a little custom work and ingenuity and patience it works great. Had to use some personal saved stuff from my shop. Reused the adjusting link and shim from the stock shifter. I like the shortness and style. It fits my bike's look and style. Makes shifting into neutral easier. Very happy with the results.

This product looks good, installed relatively easily, but it would have been nice if it came with instructions for peace of mind and to allow me to gather/buy all the tools I needed ahead of time; however, it was easy enough to install without instructions.
