After the air inducer failed on my 19 year old furnace, I needed a replacement fast. The part was not available anywhere in Idaho and the winter temperature was below zero. I ordered it through Amazon, called UR and reached Cameron. I told him my predicament and asked if there was any way to ship it via overnight. He quoted the cost and they shipped it immediately. I received it the next day, installed it and the family is once again warm. Thank you so much. Extra effort in customer service is so rare now however this company pulled through for my family when we needed it most. Highly recommend!
