The whole jacket seems to be mis-shaped. The hood is too small, it only covers just to the front of my head leaving my face exposed to the rain, even with adjustment. The neck is too high and pulls the hood even further back. The pockets are mounted really high so unable to comfortably put your hands in them. The zip is lightweight and jams easily.

The Helly-Hansen Men's Loke Rain Jacket is well-made and does a great job keeping out the rain, but I found it to be a bit oversized, which can be a challenge for fit. The hood, in particular, is quite large and tends to drop down over my face, which can be distracting when I'm moving around or trying to get a clear view. Overall, it’s a high-quality rain jacket with solid weather protection, but the sizing and hood design could use a bit of refinement.

Love this jacket. Protects from wind and rain. If I need to find an issue, the pockets are a bit high (at least for me).

Update: Landed in Madison, WI last night in a thunderstorm. I retrieved my checked luggage, unzipped my suitcase, pulled out the Loke, and unpacked it. It was great protection on my way to the taxi. Highly recommended.I bought this because it packs into one of the side pockets. I'll put it in my suitcase for emergencies--I travel for a living. But for everyday wear at a similar price, I prefer this:https://www.amazon.com/Helly-Hansen-Waterproof-Windproof-Breathable/dp/B006SWECPI/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1547153862&sr=8-3&keywords=helly+hansen+rain+jacket+menThe Loke is thinner material (so it will stuff into a pocket, and it runs slightly smaller than the 7J.However, the Loke has zippered armpits, so if you tend to get overheated, this makes a difference.The 7J also is slightly longer so you get a little more rain protection. But have zippered side pockets. The 7J has one interior velcroed pocket. Both have velcro adjustable cuff, but can be cinched up at the bottom, and the hood can be pulled tighter. I have always been a Helly Hansen fan. My daily wear is the 7J.

Looks as advertised, however it would look much nicer if the inside of the jacket was the same color as the outside. Also, the dimensions are unforgiving for the big and tall. Apparently, all of HH's outerwear fits better on the slim and trim.

Fit a little larger than expected and the pocket zipper broke after about a month of light use. Overall I expected more from HH rain gear.
