Our toddler loves dinosaurs. He typically was not a fan of wearing a hat so this was a last ditch effort since we were going to be outside a lot for a holiday. We received this had showed it to him- an instant hit! He wears it a lot and is happy when we tell him it’s needed for a trip.

I love the hat but this does not fit a six year old boy. The size is way too small. My son still wears it but it only covers part of his head. I was disappointed.

I have this hat in the “Tyrannosaurus (Black)” color, which is a dark, dark gray hat, like a weathered black denim. It’s not quite black but it’s not plain gray either.The dinosaur looks identical to the picture, dark green with gold claws and a light green belly. The dinosaur has a metallic sheen, which looks nice in person. The embroidery is well-done, and looks like it will last for a long time. There were no loose threads and it’s solidly attached to the hat.The head portion of the hat is soft, like a dad had for kids. It conforms to the head, not like a stiff trucker cap.The band is adjustable, though if you size the hat down too much for a young child, the back will be a bit puffy. However, I can see this hat growing with a child. I have an adult hat from this same Hepandy brand, and I’ve been wearing it non-stop for a month and it looks brand new.
