I only received 12 side panels, should be 24, was only able to build 2 boxesI want to receive the missing side panels or get my money back

Shame on me for not calculating the measurements on this INSANELY TINY planter and just going by the picture.This TINY FLIMSY ridiculous 'planter' is literally no more than 9 inches high and probably 6 ft long.I maybe would pay $20 bucks for this and not a penny more and am sick that I paid almost $100 bucks for this piece of trash.

It missed 6 panels. Pls send it to me as soon as possible otherwise I will return the whole thing . Thank you.To be fair, the water drainage looks good good for plants. Structure seems strong. So, hope that I don't need to return it just because the mistake of missing part.

This planter box is exactly what I was looking for. I feel it is very expensive for a plastic box but it does serve it’s purpose.

Sorry, nice planter once I figured out how to assemble from the Chinese characters which are translated on to photo copy with English but very dark and can't see. Was shocked to see that the height is only 6 inches. Yes, from the outside to the assembled top is 8 inches, the inside boxes you assemble and create are only 6 inches deep and yes it is listed at the end of the description. User error.I only received 1 end piece in my 5 box assembly. The other "end" had slots to connect to another row behind it. More of an L shape assembly piece. It works though it looks awkward.Would love to know how to just order another 12 white sides so I can attach them to the top and make this a suitable planter for us. Can't find any way to order them or find the manufacturer on the Internet.6 inches just simply isn't enough depth (careful...... :) Reading the cm to inch dimensions we mistakenly thought it was 15 tall not 8.66 (again the panels you snap in are only 6 inches).Would not buy again honestly. Not for over $150. This is plastic for goodness sake. And several warped ones at that.

The visual instructions were hard to see because the English version was in black and white. The is a correct order for putting it together so if you go in correct order then it should work out. We had to use a hammer to help slide it together. Very cute.
